Nicholas Pestana (founder & CEO), is the third generation of a lineage deeply connected to this industry and Hawai’i. Throughout his childhood, adolescence and early adulthood he acquired invaluable insights and knowledge from both his grandfather and father. In 2013, Nicholas departed from the family heavy equipment business, armed with a wealth of multifaceted experience acquired through roles encompassing operations, sales, operator and mechanical work.
